The Law of Attraction and Ho'oponopono by Megan Jenifer

The interesting thing about the Universal Law of Attraction is that many people think it goes against their very beliefs. In my opinion, that's just like saying the Universal Law of Gravity goes against my beliefs. I'll definitely get more into this in another article, but for now, let's focus on the title above: The Law of Attraction and Ho'oponopono.
Ho'oponopono is an updated Hawaiian practice that focuses on turning inward to Divinity and expressing gratitude, love, forgiveness and remorse. I know this may sound weird to some, but I have to truly say that this process of clearing really works.
The process is one that has been updated by Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, a psychologist who, through ho'oponopono, was able to heal an entire psyche ward in a hospital for the criminally insane. He did this without ever coming in contact with a single patient. Dr. Joe Vitale wrote an article on his blog that swept the internet marketing community and sparked a huge interest in ho'oponopono.
For those who attend a workshop or seminar with Dr. Len, they have signed an agreement that contains their consent not to share in detail the clearing processes and tools that are provided at the workshops. I believe that is to keep the integrity of the practice in tact and therefore not lead to any misinformation.
The main process that IS shared for clearing is repeating four simple statements over and over again until you feel a release or clearing. Most often, when done with genuineness and compassion, results emerge almost immediately. These statements are the following:
Thank You
Please Forgive Me
I'm Sorry
I Love You
These statements are not necessarily to be made to a particular person, or in a particular order, but to the Divine within. By saying Thank You, you are expressing gratitude to the Divine for allowing you to bring forward a thought-form or deeply embedded belief that you were not aware of before.
By asking for forgiveness, you're asking the Divine to release from you this belief that isn't serving you in any way because even though you may not understand it fully, you are responsible for everything that you see in your existence. If you see it in others that means it exists in you.
By saying I'm sorry, you're expressing deep remorse for not wanting to hold onto these beliefs and again, releasing the attachment to the belief.
Finally, by saying I Love You to the Divine, you are expressing self-love and genuine adoration for the Divinity within you, which helps to release more of the unwanted feelings, thought-forms and beliefs that inhibit growth, understanding and ascension.
